In Room 11 we had to record what we ate for breakfast, lunch, dinner and what we had for snacks. A daily serve of grains is 5-7 servings. A daily serve of proteins is 5-7 servings. A daily serve of milk is 3 servings. A daily serve of veges is 4-6 servings. A daily serve of fruit is 3-4 servings.

ReplyDeleteWell done on your analysis of your diet. I agree with you I think you do have a healthy diet. Maybe that is why you are such a good netball player.
