Missing

I was only eleven when it happened my life was wonderful just me and my mum but it all changed. The land died around me, grass disapeared, trees were cut down, and the sky turned grey and never turned blue again. It always rained the rain drops were like tears, they fell because they the sky was sad and felt and it felt sorrow. The land's joy was long forgotten. Hate had blinded people,  temptation for riches was hard to resist and because of it we all had to pay a price. My price was my family the greed for money had gone to far they had robbed me of my happiness, I HAD NOTHING. I shattered into a million pieces at the sound of my mothers name when the man had told me she was gone the memory still haunts me to this day.  that night I stared into the flames of the burning fire and as I watched, the wood melted into ash  just
like my heart and something inside me snapped and from then on I was determined to find the person who'd taken my mother from me I would not rest until I found them...

Memories by Kahma

They happen every day,
they're sometimes nice to embrace, but somtimes horrible to expereince.
They can be taped, drawn or remembered. I have billions stuck in my head. Some I would do anything to put in prison and sentence them to life in jail, but others I would lock away to love and cherish. Even though I want to delete some from my mind I shouldn't, I should make every single one count.

Take cover By Kahma

In a bright classroom sat 31 children laughing, shouting and throwing rubbers. It looked worse than a bomb sight it was like world war 4! but when Mr. Hector come storming through he had a stern look peeled on his face. A hush fell across the room and all the students stared into the stone face of Mr. Hector. Their teacher was in her office taking a call completely oblivious to what was going on. Mr.Hector took this advantage to growl the pupils. His big voice bellowed through the room ''Get back to work or else detention for 3 months"! A shiver trickled down all the student's spines. Satisfied, Mr Hector stomped out of the room next to him sat a group of girls who froze pale when his eyes came to rest upon them. He smiled triumphantly knowing that they weren't going to be disruptive again, but he celebrated to soon. As soon as he walked out of the door they continued they're talking and fighting. Now he wasn't stern nor angry he was MAD! lets hope the children take cover because it wasn't looking pretty for them...

Heart of stone By Kahma

I don't forgive,

I feel no sorrow nor regret,

I take no pity or give second chances.

No one thinks I exsist

I am the heart of  stone.

The End by Kahma

On a planet called Earth there's a country called New Zealand. In that country there's a school called Grey Lynn. In that school there's a classroom called Room 9. In that class there's a crowd of children and in that crowd there's a girl. That girl has a brain and in that brain there's a idea. That idea is a phrase to use at the end of a story its called... THE END!

LOST 1 By Kahma

I woke with a throbbing head in the middle of nowhere only trees and thorn bushes surrounded me. I had no memory of what had happened last night or the one before. I couldn't remember anything. If someone did this to me whoever they are clearly didn't want me to find my way home because I was lost. I had a million questions bubbling in my head but one replayed itself over and over again blocking the others out. Where was I? I looked at myself. My clothes were ripped, torn and covered in mud. My nails were equally caked with dirt, I was a mess. I decided that sitting down was not going to get me anywhere. So I decided to walk. I struggled, but I managed to heave myself up. I staggered at first then I started to pick up the pace with a light walk. As I trudged along my eyes suddenly caught sight of a guava tree. I could recognize it anywhere seeing I wanted to be environmentalist when I was older. It was about 27 metres away from me so I sprinted. My lungs said stop but my stomach said hurry up! When I finally reached the tree I realised the berries were too high and out of my reach...

Remembered By Kahma

We are being threatened by a storm overhead. Our only mast has snapped from an earlier storm so we have no control over our boat what so ever. Now were heading in an unpleasant direction. Suddenly the boat starts to sway in a harsher manner than before. A nasty feeling is penetrating me we are being pulled by anxious waves. There are waiting for us to weaken so they can pull us down to the bottom of this black abyss so called the sea. Out of nowhere a crash of thunder frightens us and lightning is hiding in the clouds. I realize we are in the middle of the tempest. The unforgiving sea is trying to devour us. Suddenly a great surge of lightning strikes a deathly blow at our ship. I see the ocean getting closer. I now realize we are sinking and there's no way to stop it. Women and children are being called to the life boats along with others. I have an idea to make sure that if we don't make it that we will still be remembered. I quickly grab some paper and some ink then begin writing about what is currently happening and not to forget us. I finish then I grab a hollow wine bottle slip the paper in, clasp the lid on tight then toss it into the raged sea. Then I calmly walk to my cabin. I lie on my hammock preparing for the worse but I'm not afraid because I know I'm brave and courageous and I know we will not be forgotten. Suddenly I awake in my bed its morning and I'm at home in my house. I'm no longer at sea in 1607. I'm at home in 2014.... wait am I? ''Mum what's my name?'' I call. ''What do you mean Kahma?'' . I don't reply. It sure does feel good to be remembered.

Too Much Fun By Kahma

I hear the sound of myself, Tom and Harry howling with laughter. We're laughing so hard our brains might explode (hopefully not). The odour of stinky mud pains my nose, but I see the clear water glisten above which seems to make the stench powerless. I can taste Mum's dry meatloaf I had eaten earlier, as I burp. I feel Tom tugging my shoulder yelling, ''This is so much fun!"

I laugh in agreement, I wish school didn't exist so we could do this everyday. It would also to stop Dad lecturing me about my bad grades.

Forgotten By Kahma

An medieval castle lies lifeless, the tall turret's point pricks through the rain, as the rusting iron portcullis
slowly creaks open. The wooden drawbridge silently started to lower. I look down at the moat, the reflections of lost kings hide beneath the blurred water.

Kahma's Self Portrait

In room 9 this week we learnt how to get to our folders and save and export things into our folder. We drew a self portrait of ourselves and put three words that describe ourselves around our picture.
