Katz 1 by Anton

On Monday the 11th of June all the Year Six kids went to Camp Bentzon. Monday it was nice and sunny and that was good because the first rotation was fishing!

On Tuesday we did the burma trail. It was hard because you were blindfolded and you had to follow a rope. The rope went under, around and over things like trees and branches.

On Wednesday we went on a hike to Mansion House. We had a great cook who was Selwyn. He made buns for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Here is a photo of the group Katz 1: me, Jack, Salote, Jennifer, Amy, Phoenix and Sydnie. Our parent were Kelvin and Bo. They were amazing!!!

  1. Kia ora Anton,
Sounds like you were busy doing a variety of activities - some challenging and some relaxing. Your groupl looks like they are all getting along too.

  2. Hello Anton,

it seems like you had the most exciting time at camp.
The weather was sunny and bright throughout the whole week.

How would you describe the weather at camp without using the word sunny?
