On Monday the 11th of June all the Year 6s went to Camp Bentzon on Kawau Island for a week.
We all had a lot of fun and all the activities were really good. We did kayaking, fishing, hut building, sailing, the confidence course, burma rope, raft building, camp cooking and orienteering.
My favourite activity was hut building because it was something I had never done and it involved a lot of team work and I really enjoyed it.

ReplyDeleteCamp Bentzon was amazing. What thoughts went through your mind when you were blindfolded and making your way along the rope? I think my adrenaline would have been pumping in such a situation and I would have felt extremely vulnerable.
