Coral reefs unique ecosystem teem with life, but that is under threat. Green house gasses are increasing in the world atmosprere, so the world is warming up. we have know about this for a long time. Carbon Dioxide is a less known problem, it dissolves the sea water. Scientists call this acidification, they consider it the evil twin if climate change. warmer sea acidificaton pose a serious threat to coral reefs. scientists warn if Carbon Dioxide levels continue to rise at the current state, coral reefs could die out within 50 years.
